A 6-year, comprehensive clinical program (360 ECTS) that merges basic medical sciences with early patient-centered clinical rotations. The curriculum encompasses everything from molecular biology and human anatomy to advanced robotic surgery, clinical methodology, and specialized healthcare management. 

This 6-year single-cycle master's program is one of the university's flagship English tracks. Clinical and health subjects at Federico II are highly competitive and ranked #201–250 globally by Times Higher Education (THE). It is extremely popular among international students due to its high-quality clinical training and highly competitive public tuition.

Academic Entry: A valid high school diploma representing at least 12 years of total schooling.

• Entrance Exam: Passing the IMAT (International Medical Admissions Test), a national competitive exam covering general knowledge, logical reasoning, biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.
• Language: Native English proficiency or equivalent proof (though passing the IMAT in English serves as primary baseline validation)

• Valid Passport or ID card (plus a copy).
• Official High School Diploma (original, legalized, and translated into Italian).
• Final High School Transcript of Records showing subjects and final grades.
• Declaration of Value (DOV) issued by the Italian Embassy, or a Statement of Comparability from CIMEA / ENIC-NARIC.
• Proof of Language Proficiency: Certified English B2 level certificate (though passing the IMAT in English fulfills this requirement for Medicine).
• Entrance Exam Score Report: Verification of passing the IMAT (for Medicine) or the TOLC-I (for Civil Engineering)
